There are allocated parking spaces on site and we would ask everyone to please stick to these spaces and keep the EV charging spaces free if electric cars are on site.
Each property is dog friendly. We do have a restriction of to two dogs per property and a charge of £15 per dog per week or short break.
We have two EV car chargers on site, both up to 22 Kw, do bring your own cable and please book in advance at a charge of £50 per week or £25 per weekend and we will provide the charge card to access the charger along with instructions on how to use it. Do keep in mind that not all electric cars or charge cables can charge at 22 Kw so in that case the charging speed will be 11 Kw or 7.5 Kw.
Ty Pinc has disabled access to ground floor and a wheel chair friendly bedroom with bathroom.
We can supply cots and gates for the staircase for the little visitors free of charge. Please book in advance.
All properties are smoking free and we would greatly appreciate if you can stick to this rule, smokers can smoke outside but do pick up your buds and be mindful of non smokers who like to use the outside areas and communal garden too.
